President Trump and the Republican leadership loudly condemn Iran for cracking down on protesters, warning of “serious consequences” and even floating military action to “come to their rescue.” But when Americans take to the streets to protest injustice at home, his response couldn’t be more different. He brands them “domestic terrorists” and justifies the use of force against his own people in some cases deadly force.
