Trump told Governor Abbott of Texas to give him five more republican congressional seats for the 2026 midterms. Abbott followed his orders by redrawing the democratic congressional districts. California launched Proposition 50 to level the playing field by redrawing five districts to give democrats a fair advantage. The difference is that California is going to let the voters decide. Proposition 50 also contains language that returns control of congressional redistricting to an independent citizens’ committee in 2030. Don’t let Trump cheat in another election.
